Yoga

There are many forms of yoga- many shapes, many styles and methodologies, but the ultimately aim is bring union and harmony to body, mind, and spirit. Peace, bliss, relaxation, release, strength, flexibility, power, focus, concentration and creativity may all be discovered through a regular yoga practice.

Different styles are appropriate at different times for different people. Variety is the spice of life, and with private sessions, your practice can be tailored and directed towards your own unique needs and goals at the present moment.

All styles of the Yoga will most certainly put some amount of emphasis on the breath, for the breath is the bridge connecting body and mind. Sessions may include physical touch, energy work, aromatherapy, and sound healing.

Classes may focus on any of the following:
Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Pranayama, Mantra, and/or Seated Meditation

Private Classes:

90 min $105

Private Group Sessions:

3-6 people at Cloud Nine Float Center, Larger groups must provide their own space.
60 min $20 per perosn
90 min $30 per person
